F1 Schedule Monaco GP: Timings, Where to Watch, Weather, & More
After the intense weekend in Canada, F1 now heads to Monte Carlo, with the Monaco Grand Prix up next. Typically taking place on the last week of May, the Monaco GP has been moved to June for the first time, therefore not clashing with the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600 this year.
The race weekend takes place from June 5-7, 2026, at the Circuit de Monaco, which is often said to be "an exceptional location of glamour and prestige.” The track is 2.074 miles/3.337 km long, with the race taking place on the streets of Monaco.
With elevated sections, drops, tight corners, and the famous tunnel section, the Circuit de Monaco is often deemed as one of the most challenging F1 race tracks. Moreover, its narrowness only makes it extremely difficult for modern F1 car to attempt overtaking.
But before the racing, comes the need to know the race weekend schedule. Let us take a look at the session timings for all three days and the broadcast details.

Prominent Performances In Monaco
In the 1960s, Graham Hill was known as Mr. Monaco, with his record of five wins at the race. This was later bettered by Ayrton Senna, who went on to win six races on the streets o the principality. Five of those victories came consecutively between 1989 and 1993.
However, for Monaco natives, exhilartion peaked in 2024, when Charles Leclerc became the second Monegasque driver to win the Monaco GP and the first to do so in 93 years, after Louis Chiron in 1931.
More recently, he followed it up with a second-place podium finish in 2025, finishing behind Lando Norris, who converted his pole into a win.
Given Leclerc’s recent performances at the Monaco GP, he will look to come out on top and claim his first win for 2026 on the streets he calls home.
